Sometimes a single event can change your life. Perhaps it is an unexpected health emergency such as a stroke or heart attack. When difficulties take place, our clinical staff, including our certified Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapists, are available to help you regain independence, mobility and function at your own pace. Our staff respects your needs every step of the way. Skilled therapy can offer a highly effective follow-on regimen to a qualifying hospital stay for conditions including strokes, heart attacks, surgery, broken bones, joint replacement, & respiratory illness.
Long-Term Care
Our long-term care residents receive nursing care while still enjoying daily opportunities to socialize and be active. Our experienced staff supports the daily routine of our residents by assisting with daily living activities and healthcare coordination.
Erin Davis, Administrator; The Grand at Bethany
Erin is a lifelong Oklahoman with extensive and diverse experience in our profession, including six years as a Long-Term Care Ombudsman through the state's official program to help improve residents' quality of life and care.
She came to Bridges Health one year ago, starting as a CNA at St. Ann's while completing her AIT. She worked weekend doubles as a CNA while becoming acquainted through the AIT program with the many facets of operations integral to her future success. Most recently, Erin served as Interim Administrator at Kingwood Skilled Nursing & Therapy.
Erin is deeply grateful for the incredible leaders at Bridges who have given freely of their time and provided exemplary mentorship. She is excited to work with The Grand's outstanding employee-owners and amplify their work with her deep and driving passion for long-term care.
